FRONT ROYAL — James Wood lost for the first time this season in a game against Skyline on Tuesday.
Trailing 2-1, the Hawks scored two runs in the fifth and sixth to take a 5-2 lead.
Leading the Colonels (4-1) at the plate were Ivy Rosenberry and Rebecca Boone (1-3 with a double each) and Olivia Miller (2 for 3).
