WINCHESTER — Kati Brannon allowed one hit and one hit on 5.2 innings while striking out 10 batters in James Wood's win over Kettle Run on Thursday.

The Colonels (13-2) scored six runs in the bottom of the second inning to take a 7-1 lead, then added two runs in the fifth and one in the sixth.
