SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. — One day after seeing its 22-game winning streak end against Sherando, Jefferson overcame a 3-2 deficit with 11 unanswered runs to defeat James Wood.
Morgan Baker went 3 for 3 with a double and scored a run, and Erin McCarthy went 2 for 3 with an RBI and scored a run for the Colonels (2-10).
Erin McCarthy (0-2) took the loss in relief.
