Colonel Boys Rout Skyline 71-32

WINCHESTER — The James Wood boys’ basketball team raced out to an 11-2 lead in the first quarter and never looked back on the way to a 71-32 win over Skyline at Shirley Gymnasium Friday.

The Colonels (11-9, 4-3 Northwestern District) led 34-10 at halftime and cruised through the second half.

Senior Cam Butler knocked down four 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 21 points, fellow senior Nick Goode added eight points and classmate Ryland Williams scored seven points to go along with six steals, five rebounds and three assists in the win.
