Firebaugh fuels James Wood boys' sweep of Clarke County
WINCHESTER — Cam Firebaugh had 28 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals to lead the James Wood boys’ basketball team to a 62-50 win over Clarke County on Friday.
The Colonels (4-3) — who swept the season series — led 25-20 at halftime and opened up a 41-30 lead after three quarters.
James Wood was also led by Daniel Jaquis (eight points, nine assists, seven rebounds, four steals) and Jackson Lynch (nine points, eight rebounds).
Billy Holsinger had 16 points and six assists to lead the Eagles (1-7).
