Armel leading the charge for Colonels

When teams play the James Wood Colonels they begin with one mission: slow down Heather Armel, because it's rare that she's ever stopped. "She always speaks up and tries to get us motivated, we can still win this," Whitney Dennis said.

In this year alone Armel has broken records for the single most points in a game with 38 become the school's all-time scoring leader and broken the 1,000 point mark.
"It means a lot to me, I put in a lot of work over the summer," Armel said. "I didn't expect to hit 1,000 points this season but it was really humbling."
