James Wood Girls Thump St. James

WINCHESTER — Amanda Christian fired in five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 20 points to lead James Wood to a 66-33 girls’ basketball rout of St. James (Md.) on Wednesday.

The Colonels (11-7) raced to a 29-13 lead at the half and outscored the Saints in every quarter.

Christian made 5 of 11 3-point attempts, and added eight rebounds.

Keiana Brooks compiled 18 points, nine rebounds, six assists and five Steals. Grace Greene netted 13 points and grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.

Morgan Moseley had 11 points for St. James.
