Girls' basketball: James Wood 54, Strasburg 47
WINCHESTER — Josie Russell scored nine of her 19 points in the fourth quarter to lift James Wood to a victory over Strasburg on Wednesday.
Russell also had 14 rebounds for the Colonels (1-1), who led 16-5 after one quarter, 25-17 at the half and 34-32 after three quarters.
