2010 All-Area Girls’ Basketball Team

Heather Armel was named to the Winchester Star All-Area Girls' Basketball Team. Selections are made by The Winchester Star sports staff, based on performances and results throughout the season.

The second-highest scorer in the area (19 points per game), Armel again proved one of the toughest players to stop. A first-team All-Northwestern District selection, she averaged 5.2 rebounds and 2.5 steals and easily led the area with 48 3-pointers.
