BOYS' SWIMMING - Wood's Sitton wins 500 freestyle

WARRENTON — James Wood swimmer Jackson Sitton was the only local swimmer to win an event on Saturday at the Class 4 Northwestern District meet at the Warrenton Aquatic and Recreation Facility. Sitton recorded a time of 5:00.36 to win the 500-yard freestyle by 28 seconds.

Kettle Run defended its title with 294 points, 55 more than runner-up Fauquier.
