Swimming - James Wood teams sweep quad
WINCHESTER — The James Wood boys and girls swimming teams each went 3-0 in a meet on Friday at Jim Barnett Park.
The boys defeated Millbrook 88-70, Handley 101-29 and Kettle Run 94-61. The Pioneers went 2-1, beating the Judges 101-28 and Kettle Run 77-70. Handley went 0-3, losing to Kettle Run 97-30.
The James Wood girls defeated Millbrook 89-78, Handley 115-44 and Kettle Run 90-74. The Pioneers went 1-2, beating the Judges 104-50 but losing 85-74 to Kettle Run. Handley went 0-3, losing 97-49 to Kettle Run.
