Colonels win four matches

Front Royal — The James Wood High School wrestling team swept three dual matches at Friday’s first day of the Border Wars at Skyline, earning one of four top seeds as the 16-team tournament continues today.
The Colonels defeated Broad Run (68-12), Centreville (68-12) and Brooke Point (58-15).
Gage Swartz (112 pounds), Mark Thomas (125), Cody Landis (135), Josh Shaffer (152), Jared Broughear (160) and Austin Woodall (285) each went a perfect 3-0 for James Wood.
