Colonels place second in combined district wrestling event

WARRENTON — With 11 wrestlers finishing in the top six of their weight classes, James Wood took second place at the 13-team Class 3 and 4 combined Northwestern District tournament.

The Colonels scored 176 points, 30 less than Warren County (206). Millbrook’s Daniel VanAmburg (152 pounds) was the only local individual champion.
