Wrestling - Colonels ninth in tourney

BOONSBORO, Md. — Colton Bendure dominated the 126-pound class to lead James Wood to a ninth-place finish among 15 teams at the Battle at the Boro tournament which concluded Saturday at Boonsboro High School.

The Colonels totaled 172.5 points with nine scorers in the event. Boonsboro (286.5) topped Glenelg, Md. (273) and Independence (262.5) for the crown.

Bendure was 6-0, including five pins, to bring home the lone title for the Colonels.
